just got back from training today
ran 50rds, and our timing improved

got back from family chalet on sunday morn
Sis celebrated her 21st bday on sat night
they bought her a strawberry cupcake from bakerzin
It's huge and delicious, seriously
She had a good time there, i supposed?
and i started to wonder how my 21st birthday will be?
spending time at NS probably
but i don't hope so.
it's so saddening =/
