Im tired, but will still hang on regardless of what
Poly50 training has been as usual
ran 50rds and had abs exercise yesterday
I applied deep heat like mad when i got home
So as to prevent it from getting sore or pain today
And it works somehow, lol
Had slight running nose during lessons today
Probably due to the lack of sleep
Didnt really have the appetite to eat
And was feeling fever-ish after gem class
This feeling is so much irritating and terrible seriously
But Capball training was carried on as usual
Ive my reasons why.
